耿艳Dr. Geng Yan

耿艳博士，广东石油化工学院艺术学院教师，毕业于罗马尼亚克卢日格奥尔基·迪马国立音乐学院声乐表演专业。她以国际化的艺术背景、扎实的教学功底与活跃的舞台实践，在声乐教育与表演研究领域持续开展富有深度的探索。 Dr. Geng Yan, a faculty member at the School of Arts, Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology, graduated with a Ph.D. in Vocal Performance from the Gheorghe Dima National Music Academy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. With an international artistic background, solid teaching skills, and active stage practice, she continues to conduct in-depth exploration in the fields of vocal education and performance research.

自2020年至2024年，她连续受邀担任由香港国际音乐家协会主办的国际声乐公开赛评委，并多次获得荣誉： From 2020 to 2024, she was consecutively invited to serve as a judge for the International Vocal Open Competition organized by the Hong Kong International Musicians Association. She has received numerous honors, including:

在舞台创作与实践教学方面，她注重学生的真实表达与舞台能力培养。2020—2023年间，她策划制作了八场以音乐专业学生为主演的音乐会，以项目式教学推动课堂与舞台融合。她指导的学生亦屡获佳绩，包括第十一届马来西亚国际声乐公开赛一等奖等。 In stage creation and practical teaching, she emphasizes students' authentic expression and the cultivation of stage capabilities. Between 2020 and 2023, she planned and produced eight concerts featuring music majors, promoting the integration of classroom and stage through project-based teaching. Her students have achieved repeated success, including First Prize at the 11th Malaysia International Vocal Open Competition.

耿艳博士亦积极参与地方文化建设。2024年，她带领“梦想灯塔”突击队在茂名市金塘镇开展实践，团队在歌曲创作、短剧编创等方向取得多项成果。其中，音乐作品《金塘赞》MV获省级三等奖，团队被评为广东青年大学生典型案例。同年，她指导学生创作烈士纪念歌曲《也赤颂》，在广东省高校系列作品征集活动中获三等奖。 Dr. Geng is also actively involved in local cultural development. In 2024, she led the "Lighthouse of Dreams" team to carry out practical projects in Jintang Town, Maoming. The team achieved significant results in song creation and drama writing. Notably, the music video "Praise of Jintang" won a provincial Third Prize. In the same year, she guided students in composing the martyr commemorative song "Ode to Ye Chi," which won Third Prize in the Guangdong University Series Works Collection Activity.

在学术研究方面，她已在罗马尼亚发表五篇论文与一部专著，研究方向涵盖声乐表演、教育与跨文化音乐研究。耿艳博士始终坚持以艺术滋养教育，以教育推动艺术，用温度与专业陪伴学生成长。 In terms of academic research, she has published five papers and one monograph in Romania, with research interests covering vocal performance, education, and cross-cultural music studies. Dr. Geng Yan adheres to nourishing education with art, promoting art through education, and accompanying students' growth with warmth and professionalism.
